As college students' hands-on experience leads them to evolving in marketing by utilizing technology and social media platforms, they get to visualize the importance of their brand presence.

Students build strong foundational skills to motivate themselves in business. Through the program of Speak Your Desires- I AM, college students' hands-on experience proves to be innovative, creative and filled with great joy by the students that are involved. 

Ayeisha McNeil has a passion to equip students through the mentorship program. The students create business meeting agendas to discuss how and where the business performance can improve.

Students become more acclimated in the technology use in zoom meetings.

Students conduct virtual and in-person professional meetings as appointed.
